Our return policy

* Contact Dusty Rose Country via email or Facebook message before returning any item.

* Items will not be replaced if the cause of the damage was due to general wear and tear or being exposed to unreasonable forces or conditions.

* All claims of faulty products must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

* The cost of returning the item to Dusty Rose Country will be covered by the person returning the item. The cost of returning the repaired or replaced item will be covered by Dusty Rose Country.

*Any faulty item will be replaced or repaired once the item has been returned to Dusty Rose Country. Photo evidence initially is needed of the damage and should be attached to your enquiry email or message. The course of action offered for resolving the issue will be at the discretion of Dusty Rose Country.

* Items must be returned with protective packaging such as bubble wrap ect.

* Due to hygiene reasons We can not accept any change of mind returns after the item has been worn.

* If you would like a item adjusted after receiving the item, such as necklace length adjustments you will need to cover postage.
